Online Giving is processed by Vanco Payments. Vanco is a leader in empowering churches, schools, and community organizations by securely their giving, payments, and financial management.
FEATURES:
* Donate one time or setup a recurring payment at a schedule that meets your needs!
* You can create a profile to make giving convenient.
* If you setup a recurring payment, you will need to create a profile.
* To create a profile, click on the “Sign Up” link at the top right.
* You have the ability to designate where you want your donation to go. If not specified, all giving goes into the general fund.
* If you use a giving envelope, you can give online and enter your envelope number!
After you donate, you will receive an electronic receipt via email.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Question 1: Can I make a one-time gift?
Yes! This is a good way to see how it works. You do not need to create a profile to make a one-time gift.
Go to our church’s giving page.
GIVING IS SUPER EASY AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT NECESSARY. I WILL PROVIDE THE STEPS BELOW.
1. Click on “Give” with one of the accounts you want to give too.
2. Enter an amount.
3. Click on “One Time” or “Recurring“.
4. Click on Frequency.
5. Memo field: This is optional. For example, you can enter your envelope number. You can also add any note you want too. If want to pay for poinsettias, you can add that to the Memo line.
6. Click “Add to Basket“.
7. Click on “Continue to payment“.
You can pay with a credit card, debit, card, or enter your Bank Account information.
If you want to save your payment information, you will need to create a profile (see question 3).
8. Click “Continue to review“.
Question 2: Can make my giving automatic so I don’t have to remember to give every week?
Yes! You can schedule reoccurring giving with a schedule that fits your needs. Simply select a reoccurring donation before you check-out. You will need to create a profile to do this.
Question 3: How do I create a profile?
When you are at our church’s giving link, click on “Sign Up” at the top right corner.
Fill in the fields – First Name, Last Name, Email, Password. Make sure you remember your password!
Click on “Create account“.
Question 4: What if I already created a profile?
If you already created a profile, click on “Log In” at the top right corner of the website.
Enter your email address and password.
Question 5: Can I give to multiple funds at the same time, or do I have to donate to each fund one at a time?
Yes! Both methods are options.
Giving to multiple funds at the same time is as easy as buying multiple items at Amazon!
Each fund is like a separate item!
For example, when you click on “Give” for the General Offering, add an amount, then click on “Add to Basket”.
At the very top right, you will see one item added to your basket.
At the left side of the screen, you will see the “Give” button for other giving opportunities. Click on “Give” with one of the other funds, add a donation, and your basket will be updated.
When you are finished, click on your basket, and go to “Continue to payment“.
Question 6: What if I forget my password?
No problem! It happens to the best of us! Click on “Login In” at our church’s giving page.
Enter your Email address and click on “Next“.
Below where it says “Password”, you will see a link called “Forgot password?“. Click on “Forgot password” and follow the instructions. Vanco will send you an email to reset your password.
